How can I verify/claim my Spotify Artist Profile?

To verify and manage your Spotify profile you must request access to Spotify For Artists. 

Fill out this form follow their instructions. A blue check mark will be added to your profile, once Spotify has checked who you are. 

Once this is completed you will be able to view interesting data such as where your releases are being listened to and how often. 

If any problem should occur and you don't receive a reply from Spotify after a month, contact them directly through https://artists.spotify.com/contact.
